If you wish to purchase any product available from Premium Coffee Imports you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your payment Information and delivery address.
The Purchases section is for business that sell online (physical and digital).
Subscriptions- Premium Coffee Imports does not offer a subscription service at this time.
Refund /Return Policy- Exchange only. Coffee is a personal preference and subject to individual taste. We offer sample packs for you to buy first if you don’t want to buy a 12 oz bag, 3- 12 oz bags or a 5 lb bag of coffee so you can decide your preference before you buy a larger quantity. WE WILL ONLY EXCHANGE A 5 LB BAG IF IT IS UNOPENED AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE US TO DO AN EXCHANGE. A CONFIRMATION OF THE RETURN BY EMAIL IS REQUIRED.
